FIVERR LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Fiverr License Agreement covers the access and use of the source code for the software product(s) identified above which may include associated software components and assets such as graphics and sounds ("SOURCE CODE") unless otherwise stated.

This Fiverr License Agreement is by and between Luis Serrano, also referred as Luan Himmlisch or Master Pose ("DEVELOPER") and the buyer of the services from Fiverr and other possible owners of the SOURCE CODE derivatives ("OWNER").

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Both the OWNER and DEVELOPER agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

The SOURCE CODE shall remain the intellectual property of the DEVELOPER at all times.

GRANT OF LICENSE.

In consideration of all terms and conditions contained within this contract, OWNER shall have the rights as stated below.

Use of Source Code.

The OWNER will hold the right to use and modify copies of the SOURCE CODE that the DEVELOPER has developed.

Compilation & Publishing.

The OWNER may obscure and compile the SOURCE CODE for any platforms ("FINAL PRODUCT") and distribute the FINAL PRODUCT freely.

LIMITATIONS.

Unless prior written consent has been obtained from the DEVELOPER, the following shall not be allowed.

Alteration of Legal Notices.

The dishonest removal or alteration of this agreement or any copyright notices on any and all copies of the SOURCE CODE.

Distribution Without Legal Notices.

The distribution of copies of the SOURCE CODE to third parties without this agreement, copyright notices or the credits of the DEVELOPER as part of the distributed files.

Selling Without Credit.

The sell, rent, lease, or lend of the SOURCE CODE in any store without the credits of the DEVELOPER on to the Store Page. Example "Developed by Luan Himmlisch" or "Made by Master Pose".

NO WARRANTIES.

Any modification or other alteration of the SOURCE CODE shall constitute acceptance of the agreement by the OWNER.

The DEVELOPER agrees to correct any errors in a timely manner, after which the OWNER shall accept the SOURCE CODE for use pursuant to the terms of this agreement.

The DEVELOPER makes no guarantee as to the SOURCE CODE performance once it has been accepted by the OWNER.
